License Code Problems
After purchasing PretonSaver Home you should receive an order confirmation email from HalfTheInk that includes your username and license code. These details are essential for activating PretonSaver Home, and during the installation of PretonSaver Home they must be entered EXACTLY as they appear in the email. Payment Problems
If you have encountered any problems with your payment to HalfTheInk, from double charges to stolen credit cards or refund requests, then simply fill out our support form. We will be happy to assist you.
Refund Policy
HalfTheInk offers its customers a free 30-day trial version, so they can evaluate the product and decide if it fits their needs. Hence, no refunds shall be granted after a license code has been issued, except for cases of irresolvable technical problems, platform incompatibility, erroneous multiple orders or if no trial was available.
In these cases, a refund shall be made only after a detailed request has been submitted to HalfTheInk within 30 days of payment, and at HalfTheInk’s full discretion.
All refunds are subject to a handling fee of $5 USD.
